What a Test Can Say About Your Style

The “Under New Management” column written by Kelley Holland in the New York Times posed an important question: although assessment tools are plentiful and useful, they are only the beginning of leadership development.  The article mentions The Center for Creative Leadership [see Links] as a resource for understanding the place of such assessments in leadership development.

GE, however, helps its managers differently: each does an individual SWOT and reviews that with their superiors to develop recommendations for future improvement.
